Otis has a famous ancestor, Oscar the Octopus. His legendary relative was conceived in 1943 when Cmdr. W.A. Swanston, U.S. Navy, requested a design from Walt Disney to embody the quick wit and agility of naval communicators. Otis brings that same spirit to our crew today, helping inspire bold ideas with brave solutions.
